i have noticed in treating the bart and just having the bart, that at different times, different veins appear more protruded/elevated..
i have also had just appear over the last month when i have been treating bart , on the back of my calf, a patch of what appears to be sort of a mass of coagulated veins, when i apply my magnesium oil and massage it, it seems to lessen
my legs seem to get a real tightness to them, its like the blood is not making it through and even the skin on them feels really taunt, like a drum..i know when i take extra virastop-proteolyic enzymes, it seems to lesen..so pretty sure its periods of elevated fibrin with die off or coagulation issues
i just started a few tabs of niacin (600 mgs) last night (took another 300 mgs this am) which i always avoid, just due to the flushing and burning it can create..its very cheap i use the whole foods brand..its a very good cholesterol minimization supplement; blood thinner-adrenal support. I feel a lot better this morning both physical and mental energy and seem to be more regular as well...
i don't believe anything should be taken or done long term, as it has to be hammering some part of our body even though another part it is helping; and bugs get resistant to one thing over a long term
just another supplement, that has benefit if consumed safely
a few years ago when i was in better health, i would get a flush going by taking 1 of these tabs (300 mgs)..2 months ago, before i really got into treating both the viral and fibrin elements of these illnesses, it took me I think 6 tabs to get a flush going, whcih i attributed to having very thick blood at the time. I cannot prove it, but am feeling better every day with combining both the lyme-viral treatment with lots of blood thinning
niacin (nicotinamide and nicotinic acid) can give you quite a buzz as it works as both an anti-bacterial (the histamine reaction and skin burning), anti-viral and increases blood flow (hence the flushing). Last night was pretty weird as i took the 600 mgs and then it literally seemed to contort my face and create skin flaps. I mean i wasn't in the pain that it appeared my face was :)
i could not go outside for 30 mins or so as i just had this agonizing look..i think it was the bugs and crud who were getting hammered.."I" reminded me of the Munch Painting-the Scream
