Salt/C - how do you take it?

To paraphrase from Brian Rosner's "Top Ten Lyme Treatments"

The salt enhances the enzyme called elastase which can facilitate the breakdown and destruction of pathogens. Its ability to do this is increased by the Vitamin C. Also, increased intracellular sodium concentration combined with decreased potassium concentration leads to spirochete death.

Only pharmaceutical-grade salt tablets or natural salt should be used (table salt has aluminum and dextrose in it). Buffered Vit C is more easily tolerated.

Many people say that it works for them, so I just want to try it.

Anyone else have suggestions on how to take it?
I've been dissolving it in a glass of juice for an hour or so, then I drink it. Works OK but there's gotta be a better way.

Go to the health food store and buy some empty capsules and fill them with the salt
