The lyme cysts (or round forms) you hear mentioned are on the cellular level; they are too tiny to see without a powerful microscope and not large enough to feel in any circumstances. They live deep in body tissues, typically in late stage infections that have had some antibiotic treatment. Lyme can also cause actual cysts in many areas, including bone and soft tissue, though I don't think that's what you are finding.
What you are describing sounds like a swollen lymph node. There is one in the location you describe and it's a common one to get inflamed. This can be the result of treatment, as dead bacteria and other waste get flushed through your lymphatic system and build up in choke points like the node you described. I would expect most people here will suggest that the various detoxing routines would be the only real way to address this type of symptom, with the goal being to flush out the lymphatic system. I've never had much luck with any of the detox methods advocated here, though many swear by them and should be able to direct your efforts appropriately.
