First LLMD Appt - Right Questions?

Hi. I'm sure there's a lot of variance here, but on my first appointment I brought a list of symptoms, previous diagnoses and timeline, allergies/sensitivities (meds and others), and medications with me. That's all I needed to do because the doctor I saw had a whole first appointment protocol he goes through that covered everything.
