Are you detoxing quite a bit? That's the first thing you should do, IMO. If you are detoxing, then I would suggest stepping it up, as it does sound like you could be herxing. If, after a week of increased detoxing, there is still no change, then -if I was you - I would assume that they are new symptoms and would talk with my doc about it to see what could be done.
In the mean time, try ginger or peppermint for the nausea. The easiest way to do this is making a tea out of the herb, but you can take capsules as well. I use ginger caps and peppermint tea when it the nausea gets really bad for me - but I take 1500 mgs of ginger (in caps) three times a day to keep my nausea at bay.
Of course this is all based on the assumption that you don't have any signs of an allergic reaction or something.
