Magnesium Supp?

My LLMD wants me to take 250mg of Magnesium (at night) while taking Factive.

Any suggestion on brand names for Magnesium Supplements?

I have been using Magnesium Malate from Nutramedix and it seems to be helping me - at least with the muscle twitches! I take 200mg per day but would like to go up to 400mg - I already take a ton of supplements so I'm not crazy about adding 2 more capsules to my load!

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share my experience with Magnesium Oil Spray,I started using it on my ankles about 3 days ago.

I went out walking with my doggies today,came back with no pain at all and decided to plough ahead with my housework--still no pain! astonishing.

I've been on my feet for 5 hours,which is close to a miracle for me.
I think this is the first time in 8 months that I've managed this Yipee!!!!!
