Some find that they have gluten intolerance, or some other things. For me, I have to use goat milk for any dairy products, watch the breads for yeast, have very little veggies from the nightshade family (potatoes are the worst for me though) and stay fairly low carb, no sugar, low caffeine.
Caffeine works on the adrenal glands, and if they are already struggling, then you don't want to be taking in a bunch of sugar or caffeine.
Sugar feeds yeast - for me it really irritates my intestines as well, causing massive cramps. So it's best to eliminate the sugar. Many here use Stevia instead, as it's a natural sweetener without any down side really once you get used to using it. It's super duper sweet so just a tad goes a long way!
Goat milk is the only milk that Chinese Medicine and Homeopathic docs will say is healthy. Cow's milk is hard for the body to digest and can cause issues with yeast.
A healthy diet is the most important in my opinion, buying organic whenever possible. Tons and tons of 'greens' in your diet helps to keep toxins flushes and gives us many nutrients.
The diet will change many things in the body - put healthy stuff in and the body can heal much better. The more processed foods we consume the more junk the body has to find a way to remove.
