I remember the first time I was told about
heart palps - scared the beejeebers out of me!! I had been laying on the bed (of course) and I swear the bed was shaking!! I checked with everyone I knew to be sure that there wasn't an earthquake.

I came on this forum (I was still a newbie back then) and started asking questions. Then, one of the ever-so-kind members here at that time, explained to me what a heart palp felt like and with more questions and answers being passed, I finally figure out that
I was the one shaking the bed!!!

The funniest part came next - the next night, hubby and I were drifting off to sleep and I started in with the heart palps again - and this time hubby actually felt them!!! He thought it was an earthquake as well!!! (Can you tell we were both raised in "earthquake country"? Giggle!) Oh, if only I could adequately describe the look on his face when he realized what I was telling him!!! LOL!!!
This is one of those symptoms that still comes and goes without anything seemingly affecting it, sometimes hard enough to make my chest wall hurt/feel sore.
