First off,$$ is tight so I do what I can. For diet I consume mostly organic nuts such as almonds,walnuts,and brazil nuts. I eat mostly gluten free bread,if it is not gluten free it is the sprouted ezekiel bread. I eat organic raw cheese,and either organic almond pudding or siggys yogurt which is has nothing artificial in it,is from grass fed cows,has live probiotics in it,and has 14g of protein. I do almond milk(non gmo) for smoothies,and use it for foodforlife brand sprouted grain cereal. I also buy mostly organic produce. Bananas,berries,oranges,celery,kale,romaine lettuce,carrots,radish,kiwi,and avocados. I use organic dressing for my daily salad,and it does sometimes have dairy in it. I also purchase uncured beef sticks that are grass fed and organic from a local farm. I am also getting back into cooking organic free range chicken for stuff. My parents purchased grass fed organic beef,and so I have some of that at times to. Either with gluten free noodles,barbeque,or whatever. I do occasionally eat my moms meals she makes. They can inclue homemade potpie,or just whatever. Stuff with crap in it,lol. I use a non gmo pea protein from vitacost.com which has 25g of protein per serving,and is only $15. NOW,for supplements and such. I do 3000mg of hawaiian spirulina daily,and 1500mg of chlorella. I have read they should be taken in 2:1 ratio. I do probiotic daily but honestly its not on my priority list. I do 300mg COQ10 ubiquinol from one of the top brands. I do nordic naturals fish oil liquid form,and when it is done I am doing salmon oil from the same brand which has omega 3,5,6,7,9. They do very high standard of testing for mercury and toxins. I also take a digestive enzyme 1 or 2 times daily,and I also have a special food intolerance enzyme for gluten/dairy/casein that I can take when I am being bad and have junk food now and then when with friends. I do a tsp of coconut oil orally daily,and working up. I also have a B complex that is food based that I may start taking again. Now,as far as herbs go it has been changing back and forth,but I just started doing ashwagandha/burdock root/dandelion root at 1/4 tsp each in some juice on empty stomach first thing in morning. Im excited about that :) Though I added a drop of cayenne tincture to the mix this morning. I have some organic cayenne pepper I may start adding to the mix. Cayenne helps deliver herbs. I also have some samento,burbur,pinella,and parsley by nutramedix on stand by that I may use. I have a parasitic killer to that I have not used yet. Developed by a naturopath who had lyme. Far as lifestyle..I exercise 2 times a week on elliptical,and do a mustard powder bath once week for detox. I skin brush before doing tihese activities,and put coconut oil on my skin after. I plan on buying a rebounder soon for lymph system,and a portable sauna. So,thats it in a nutsehll lately. :)
