1. Switching diet over to mostly paleo type. No more processed healthy snacks,except for 1 brand that does sprouting,and it has 0g sugar.
2. Juicing. I do it a few times a week but plan on stepping it up,even though I feel too fatigue to clean it up most the time.
3. Craniosacral therapy. Have my first appointment April 1. Depending how it goes...may continute it frequently.
4. Chiropractor adjustment 1-2x month.
5. Have appointment with a lyme literate naturopath friday. She works on the mind and emotions to. Does gammotherapy which is a slow detox,and natural abx,and yeast killers to.
hmmm..some positive things coming up.
