I find this very difficult...
I've never been very sporty, but I really miss excersise. But I just can't. I've got no muscle strength left, I have air hunger and I'm so tired I find it very difficult to even go up the stairs.
I talked my dr about this - he said to never push yourself: first healing, after that rehabilitating. He's a cardiologist, so I think he knows what he's talking about.
I feel though whenever I can't heat up my body, I need to go for a slow short walk to get everything flowing. I can't do more than 1 mile, often less or nothing. One can hardly call this excersise... but it's hard excersise for me.
