This is an interesting way to help explain our limited energy to others that truly are interested. It's written by a gal with Lupus, but the exhaustion and how to deal with it seems to be the same for us.

I read this when my doc suspected I had Lupus. It's a great way to explain things, and it definitely applies to us lymies!
But I'm with TOM@ocala, they go fast! I don't think I'm really fortunate enough to start with 12 in the first place. That would be on a really good day!!

I told this to my husband a while ago - it definitely made him understand better how I feel: not the 'get a good night's sleep, you'll feel better' tiredness.
