Anyone think flours like buckwheat are safe with lyme and co-infections?
For example there are recipes online for gluten free buckwheat pita which have water eggs olive oil and buckwheat flour, etc.
It seems like it could be extra carbs but maybe not so bad if it's gluten free flour etc. also could be some grains help clean out system. I thought they tasted pretty decent when I made them a couple days ago considering bread it off the menu so was wondering what people think.
Thanks

Once I got my Candida under control, I was able to slowly reintroduce buckwheat, oatmeal and coconut flour back into my diet.
I still cant tolerate pasta or breads.
