Burbur and Chlorella

Helping anyone detox? My LLMD has them on her list so I have a bottle of each sitting here.

I'm using bentonite clay. I don't know what burbur is?

I got very, very sick on chlorella. Maybe I used too much, too soon? I vomited badly after taking the chlorella. :(

Hi, chickymonkey. Burbur is a tincture from a plant in Peru...it's supposed to help with detoxifying many organs.

I'm sorry to hear about the chlorella. I have started with just one capsule. Maybe you can try a smaller dose?

I was thinking if I went back to it I would have to start real slow! :) I was taking a full teaspoon in the am and 90 mins later vomiting terribly. So I switched to the bentonite clay. I'll have to look into the burbur!
