Lemon Water?

Has anyone tried lemon water for it's detoxifying and digestive effects? I have for just 2 days and I feel sicker. Could the detoxifying effects be making me feel worse as the toxins are being flushed out of my system? What is your experience with lemon water?

PS: I Just use the juice from one lemon slice, in about 12 ounces of water, once a day.

I have no idea..they are whatever my mom bought...I am also on abx...maybe a herx?

I have been on doxy and plaquenil for 3 months. But, I stopped it for three weeks because of ulcers, and then just restarted it. Other than that, everything is the same.

You really need to see your LLMD. This could be from restarting your abx and be an allergic reaction to one or both of them. Itching all over is a common sign of this, not for lemon juice. Last time I had penicillin, I was itchy all over and it was going down my ears and down my throat! Not good!

It could easily be something else, but for your own safety, you really need to see your doc.

I am just really weak, can't get the energy to move, my pain is a lot worse, brain very clouded, very dark under the eyes, and my eyes feel very tired (if that makes sense). It's not causing me stomach problems, oddly enough, because stomach issues have been some of my worse problems, other than pain, and I just got out of the hospital for pancreatitis. And guess what, they took me off the abx again! I talked to my LLMD, and he said that I should start doing 3 weeks on the abs, then 1 week off, then 3 weeks on, and so on, because of my pancreatitis...But can't that lower the effectiveness of them?

Pulsing antibiotics can be very effective. It can draw the bacteria out of hiding, out of cyst form, etc. The bacteria grows very slowely and has a 4 week life cycle.
