Are They supposed to make you feel better? I actually feel worse after doing one last night. I couldn't sleep most of the night after doing that bath. My arms and my legs are heavy and weak and I have a headache I'm just wondering if I threw my electrolytes off?

Shelly, I experienced the same thing when I had my first bath. If you used hot water, you may have caused a herx. High temps cause die-off of the bacteria, so it can trigger the symptoms you describe.
I went way too hot on my first one and it felt absolutely dreadful. If you're just starting these, start with lukewarm water. Try to do them daily, and gradually increase the heat.
I experience them to be so good for me now. In addition to helping your body detox (which is the main purpose) they can also be excellent for relaxing you and reducing stress. The magnesium is great for easing pain and relaxing muscles. I usually take one late morning, just before I want to nap.

Hi sunny... Actually I did use lukewarm water.... 4 cups salt & 32 oz peroxide... I was in about
45 min .... Maybe too much salt? In too long ? Seems like it gave me energy , as I was wide awake, but weak....soooooo weird ...... But that's how life has been lately

Hi Shelly,
45 minutes is a tad long if you're just starting them.
I would suggest staying in the water for 15-20 minutes and gradually increase the duration.
