My supplement protocol going into December: Digestion & Gut - Super Bitters (Dandelion Root,Artichoke Leaf,Angelica Root,Orange Peel,Gentian,Peppermint Leaf) by Red Rock Naturals 15-20 minutes before meals, Organic Peppermint or Ginger Tea with larger meals for digestion and soothing action, 2g Glutamine Powder on empty stomach for leaky gut healing, Renew Life 50 Billion Probiotic, Saccharomyces Boulardii (might only do for 2 months), Coconut Kefir, Pancreatic Enzymes with smaller meals. Detox Support - Nutribullet Green Juice daily, Molybdenum (1mg) daily, Pinella for brain and nerve detox, Burbur for lymph/blood/liver/kidney drainage, Detoxifiber when I cant move, Flor-Essence (essiac tea), Liver Detox Tea (Burdock Root,Dandelion Root,Cleavers,Stinging Nettles). Nervous System/Muscle Support/Antioxidant/Immune System - Natural Calm Magniesum 2x daily, Lemon Myrtle/Chamomile Tea for stress and relaxing nerves and for sleep, Astaxanthin 12mg daily, Vitamin D3/K2 drops, Methyl B12, Madre C Vitamin C Powder, Cod Liver Oil, Pure 100% Bovine Gelatin. Microbials! - Pau D' Arco with Samento daily, Houttynia with Olive Leaf. Both of these pulsed every 2 weeks.
