Alka seltzer gold, does it help with detox or just herx?

I just started taking it.. and it's one of the best thing I have ever taken for herxes... My question is.. Is also working as a method of detoxing??

I would assume the two go hand in hand. It should be a great detoxer if it can reduce herxes in general.

I think you can get it from most pharmacy stores like Rite Aid. Some have it, some do not.

I get mine from my Shop Rite pharmacy, although they have to order it. I've never seen it on a store shelf.

For the non-Americans (Americans too of course smilewinkgrin) who might read this: you can get it on iherb.com, but you sometimes need to be patient, cause it's quite often out of stock.

I get Alka-Seltzer Gold on Amazon. It's hard to find in brick-and-mortar stores around here.

That's good John!

I couldn't use it, because I couldn't digest the sugar with which it was sweetened.

If it makes you feel well, I wouldn't worry about whether it detoxes you or whatever. Isn't that what dealing with a herx is about? Detoxing?
