Weakness between thumb and index finger

Is anyone experiencing weakness between your thumb and index finger? I also show muscle atrophy in my neck and shoulder blade. I have twitching, hair loss, extreme weakness all attacking the left side. I have all the symptoms of ALS yet for several years my EMGs are clean as are my nerve conduction studies. If there is a test I've had it. It started off slow and progressed over the last few years.

Did either of you have pain associated with the weakness, neuropathy?

I have weakness - left arm, hand, along with numbness in pointer finger. But, I also have pain along with it. I definitely have muscle atrophy - hand and arm.

But, I thought it was the result of a repetitive strain injury - pinched nerve - that happened a few months prior to Lyme symptoms...but I read the radiculopathy can be a symptom of Lyme...so now I'm not sure if it was really beginning of Lyme....

I don't have pain in my in that muscle between my thumb and index finger. When I type or use my left hand that muscle gets weak and exhausted!
I have had little pain more like cramping sometimes. My neck atrophy gives me headaches.
It's like I go to bed one day and it's okay wake up and just cry like I was fine last night! I started symptoms 7 years ago I know of May tick bites even this past oct...mine progressively gets harder to function. I just started treatment in Feb of this year...

Thank you! It stinks to feel like I'm dying and I flop back and forth with ALS...can't shake it...I have no definitive test...they just took 14 vials of blood today!
