What was Your Last Symptom???

I was wondering if any of the veterans of this site, who have since healed, tell me what was the last symptom to go away before you were a 100% better ??

I'm not 100% BUT...I noticed I am healing backwards. The first symptoms are the last ones hanging around if that makes sense?

Everytime I tell people that they get happy...they said I am healing. It has gotten somewhat worse over the past few weeks with the withdrawal of Lorazepam but now I am getting ready to use a new protocol to hone in on the last symptoms!

What were yours Lymerunner?

Well I am around about 99% but I basically plateaued here. The last symptoms are neuro symptoms. Tingling in the brain, vibration like sensations, tinnitus. All my other symptoms are gone completely. Even the vibration like sensations and tinnitus symptoms have been gone for the past month or so... Some of the symptoms are hard to describe, like you just feel like there is some kind of activity going on in the brain. Residual bugs, also I feel strange when drinking caffeine still. These are my last and final symptoms.

Girlie. I had the vibrations... Like around 15 cycles per second, a buzzing or water flowing sensation. It has only happened in my brain. For a long time I was just getting them in the morning like a fluttering feeling in my ears that I was hearing.

I think the Lyme spirochetes are spewing off blebs. They do that sometimes like shooting little machine guns.

If you take the tinidazole it destroys the blebs and you don't get that symptom. I started getting it again after going off the tinidazole.

Most of all my Lyme symptoms are gone   !!! I have been on Abx for almost 2 years. I can not seem to shake the muscle fatigue and soreness though!! These are the same symptoms I started with. Wryter, these are the same symptoms that put the brakes on my running some time ago   I just wonder if its just gonna take more time for these last symptoms to go away! How are you feeling lately? How is your balance doing? Barngurl, I have a floater in my left eye that has been there from the beginning   Very annoying! At least it just floats now, it used to do crazy circles and figure 8's! Girlie and lymepickle, those vibrations are awful!!!The first time I had one I thought it was my cell phone in my purse, on my lap! Wow Tickled pink!! That's awesome! Are you able to exercise now? Margaret, that is great!! You can excersise!! I noticed my happy feelings started coming back in Feb of this year!! It would happen off and on until now I feel like I have my personality back again!

Brain fog.

After a couple of months herxing on low dose bart herbs, my pains, palpitations, dizziness quietly resolved. It took a while for the fog to lift. Vit C and ACV helped with that I think.

goimurph - that is the spirochetes, they are moving around in the brain or shooting off blebs. Little projectiles. Because our brain obviously has lots of nerves they are sensitive to these projectiles and so we get this symptom.

TheWriter - that's exactly what happened to me - its called reverse symptomotology.

I am left with twitches, and as lymerunner said, muscle fatigue and soreness. My doc said the muscle soreness is due to the immune system's response which causes everything to be inflamed. I plan to beat it with exercise. I have been exercising regularly now, and am feeling better and better. My doc said actually that the most common thing that is the last to go is twitching! As promised, I am writing an update tonight on my visit last week - -you guys have NO idea how busy I have been!!! I've been meaning to type it sooner. I am hitting the gym now, then taking an Epson salt bath, then I can sit, relax and type!! =)

I too am down to only a few symptoms. Most evident are the muscle twitches that really don't bother me unless they are in my eyelid then that drives me crazy.

I had so many symptoms before and one by one they have fallen away, hard to say what the worst one was but probably the migraines that would last a few days..haven't had one of those episodes in a few months. Have had two headaches maybe in the last three months. One episode of feeling "electric" during a massive storm that sort of hovered over our area.

Saw the LLMD this weekend and he keeps telling me I am close to the end of treatment. I hope so because I am struggling financially to pay for all the supplements that go along with the prescriptions that insurance doesn't cover!

I am running to the light at the end of the tunnel hope I get there soon.
