Hi everyone. I just recently got diagnosed with Lyme for the 4th time since I was 15 (I just turned 30).

I am a little at lost with what to do. I read the "what to do" but I am just feeling extremely overwhelmed.

Currently I was put on 2 weeks of antibiotics and follow up in a month with my doctor.

I am in Maryland. Please if anyone has any advise for finding LLMD's here, please e-mail me.

Hello and Welcome.

You got Lyme for the 4th time!? Wow please share what you did to get rid of it the first 3 times. Was it just early detection and abx?

I'm still trying to cure this for the first time. It is proving to be very tenacious.

I don't know if I actually got rid of it each time??? Or I just learned to ignore the symptoms?? Or if it just relapses every couple years??? I am lost.

Hang in there kbiz411. Definitely ask for more antibiotics, 2 weeks is not enough. My doctor put me on them for 4 weeks but I am scared that isn't enough. Luckily I see a LLMD 10 days after I run out of antibiotics...

I am in the process of searching for a LLMD. How does one choose???
