I am looking for a Lyme friendly doctor around Manchester NH area, Anthem exchange (have not been able to work since January due to symptoms). Is Dr. Lahey at Dartmouth Hitchcock someone you would recommend - infectious disease doctor? Is there someone who uses the Igenex Labs?? I had 2 tick bites in May 2014 and since, my symptoms have increased and worsened dramatically. Tested myself at Labcorp, positive only IgG P 41, no IgM tested, it was the western blot I believe. All my other labtests so far normal, CBC, iron normal, B12 normal, metabolic panel normal. I do not feel normal.
Other info: I have a history of cervical neck radiculopathy (I finally had a doctor do an EMG - negative cervical neck radiculopathy after all the years of treatment, steroids, PT). I have pins and needles fingers, one or both hands, comes and goes, pain moves to other shoulder/neck without reason. Increased muscle and joint pain, dizzyness, palpitations, vertigo, pins and needles, GERD, tingling in back of my teeth, thyroid goiters off and on. Increased allergic reactions. I've had Lyme tests before and was on Doxy last year, but then bitten again after receiving antibiotics, and 2013 had hives trunk area which lasted about 6 months. I have been having increased palpitations, dizziness, brain fog, clumsiness and dropping things, neuropathy mostly of right hand but also get this "rush" dizzy feeling off and on all the time, increases in evening, hot flashes, probs with heat and hot weather, nauea off and on. I went off Gluten 3 weeks ago, which really helped the joint and particularly right shoulder pain, and the other symptoms, but now starting to get numbness tingling in right upper extremity again. I want to make sure Lyme is ruled out properly. Off Omeprazole now, wondered if that was causing dizziness. HELP!!!!
