so I know there have been a few threads on this before but I just had my consult to get mine out. Its pricey.

Ive searched online and Ive seen stories on miracle health recoveries when they came out and also serious health crashes. So now im scared. I have a holistic dentist that specializes in mercury removal so they have the safe removal protocol. I only have 3 so at least its manageable.

Can people tell me if they had theirs out and if they had any negative health consequences after?

I just don't want to get sicker!

I started to have my removed last year I had 10 then now down to 7, at the time I was feeling better from lyme treatment. I didn't have a problem with the first one or second one my blood pressure went down with the third one so I am waiting until I am done with Banesia treatment. I think you will be okay lucky you only have 3.
