I'm going away for 8 days, and I'm trying to plan out what I'll need. Normally, it wouldn't be so bad. But Lyme brain is adding a new level of stress, since getting organized is so hard these days.
How do I figure out how much of my tinctures I'm going to need? I'm at 1 dropper full 3x a day for most of them, and I have about 2oz of most of them right now.
Am I best off shipping things to the hotel or trying to bring them in my checked luggage?
Now, food and drink. Most days, I sip water w/ lemon and apple cider vinegar all day. How do I bring these with me? I'm not going to have a car, so I won't easily be able to get things.
I'm also going to need breakfast and lunch for 2 days. Non-perishable, airport security friendly.
I've already figured that I'll bring an empty large bottle of water, with tiny bottles for tinctures and apple cider vinegar/lemon juice in my carry on for the flight.
I don't have a LLMD/LLND, so there's no one to write a letter explaining that the supplements I have are medically necessary. Even if I did, I'm not sure what help that'd be, since the TSA people at the airport I'm flying out of aren't know for being understanding about things.
I have my luggage all picked out, and it should be pretty easy to manage. Travel clothing will also be easy and comfy.
Is there anything else I should be thinking about?
