Welcome.
Often people get other infections that 'piggy back' on the Lyme. There are many other co-infections that can cause the anger, mood changes, anxiety, etc. I have Bartenella and Babesia. These two are known to cause many of the above mentioned personality/mood changes, among many others. I've not be officially diagnosised with them via blood test, but through symptoms and symptoms being relieved and/or stopping when I've used homeopathic/natural treatments.
LD can also cause so many symptoms, both physical and emotional/mental, that I'd say if she's experiencing all of this, it's due to LD with possible co-infections. Also, getting treatment gets things all stirred up inside, so that's a situtation that we all need to be aware of happening and how to treat that.
Detox. Research here on this site, and there's a great intro with the first post in the Lyme Info called, "New to Lyme". There's a lot of great info and you'll get a real intro to what is going on inside and how to best handle things while getting treatment, or while waiting to get treatment.
Hang in there. Things will settle down, and don't hesistate to call the Dr and/or say something here if things don't seem 'right'. You are not alone!
