I just started pulsing Biaxin, Omnicef, Bactrim and Tindamax for Lyme and suspected Bart a couple days ago and now my thighs ache off an on throughout the day. They never used to do this before, and I was only on Doxy and Biaxin previously. Is this a "herx" or a bad reaction to one of the drugs? My other symptoms have been calming down, though. . .

I always associated that with herxing. Glad to hear your other symptoms are calming down.

I always thought that was a sign of Lyme in general, and it's a herx when it gets worse

Thigh (large muscle pain) can be an indication of babesia infection. Please keep this in mind.

I've had this quite a bit lately. I'm on doxy and azithromycin right now. about 2 weeks into treatment, I started getting pains deep in my thighs. It is a very strange pain, but I just chalk it up to LD
