Yes, damp cold weather is not good for achy joints and muscles - it makes the pain much worse.
Try to keep warm, take warm baths or showers, use a cherry pit cushion to put on painful spots. My husband gives me gentle massages with magnesium oil (mixed with a good massage oil, it stings a bit), it helps with the muscle pain.
You could also try Curcumin for your pain, and/or Boswellia, a lot of us have less pain when using these herbs. One of our members is getting good help with the painful joints from green lipped mussel extract.
