Lyme results?

Just looking over my lyme results and it shows no bands. It just says ab/western blot reflex IgG/IgM Ab and Ab Quant IgM results were both equivocal which the neurologist says they treat as a negative. She is pretty much straight neuro now with phantom smells, dizzyness, severe mood swings and noise in her head which most symptoms are constant. The 13th is almost here. A long wait to see the LLMD. I can't wait. Will they start treatment instantly or is there a wait?

Some docs want to prep you for awhile before starting abx, some want to start treatment right away, but the most important thing at this stage is trust. You need to feel some trust for the doc and follow the plan laid out for you. But the trust has to come first.
The first practitioner I saw was hesitant to treat unless I paid for bunches and bunches of labs, wanted another cardio consult after I'd already had a thorough cardio workup, sold me 700 bucks worth of supps that I found I could have gotten for half as much online, and had a poorly trained pit bull running around the office. She lacked the confidence to treat me aggressively and promptly even though I have some scary heart rhythm issues. The next day, after sleeping on it, I fired her. I'm an RN, I know a crappy treatment plan when I see one.
I found a doc and saw him for the first time this week. We agreed on an aggressive treatment plan with no frills that I can't afford, and no extra labs that I don't need, and no screwing around. He saw I already had a good cardio workup, knew the implications, and took appropriate action. That was what I needed, and that was what I got. So this doc inspired trust.

With all those swollen lymph nodes in her legs it sounds like Bartonella, especially with all the neuro issues. Lyme is probably there too, but the Bart sounds pretty bad. I had one lump in my

arm that was a swollen lymph, my LLMD put me on Houttuynia, and all the Bart symptoms came out in Herxing. He says I was probably co-infected back over 20 years ago, when I didn't

have an EM rash, and the Bart/Lyme combo caused an atypical bipolar disorder I was treated for for 10 years. A couple years after I got off those meds, I was blessed with a tick bite that did

present the bull's eye rash, and diagnosed. I went another two years with a new infection (3 weeks of doxy did nothing), and the only Bart symptoms I noticed was extreme fatigue, which I

thought was just Lyme, but it is also a symptom of Bartonella and Babesia, and I've got both of those. I also had horrible pain and swelling in my left knee from time to time over the past 20

years, so I'm not sure why none of the doctors I went to suspected Lyme, but I'm happy to be getting better now. With the proper treatment, your daughter should be able to get her life back. God bless.
