I am a C. Diff. survivor.
By all means, take s. boulardii. I had abx-resistant c. diff., which had a 25 to 30 percent morbidity rate.
You are more likely to get C. Diff. than candida from a yeast-based probiotic.
If you take s. boulardii as a preventative measure, chances are good you won't get c. diff.
There is another kind of saccharomyces, s. cerevisae, that's more dangerous.
I've had people dispute my claims about
s. boulardii, but many people take it with no side effects. It is very rare to get sick from it. If you do a google search, you'll see what I mean.
Just don't make your own Kombucha!

Now that did make me sick.
Please, I hope you take it!!
