I'm not sure why, but almost every one of the herbs I've been taking for adrenals give me migraines. Ashwaganda is one of the worst, and Maca gave me horrible migraines.

I've been trying to take what's supposed to be a very good herb combo for adrenals, and the migraines became almost non stop. Then I thought I'd use 1/4th of the powder, and I still had migraines, albeit not as strong. I'm stopping everything except for Rhodiola and Phosphatidyl Serine, and if need be, I may have to stop those as well.

I'm not sure why those particular herbs give me migraines. Some of them are used to prevent migraines. I guess anything that dilates or constricts blood vessels is risky, but I didn't know those herbs did that.

Meanwhile, I'm going to have to drive an hour and a half to the only Labcorp willing to do a salivary adrenals test, so I haven't done it yet.

I've had migraines three days in a row now.

No Garden, I haven't, but I have all the symptoms. The fatigue and feeling of debilitation are pretty bad.

I'm hoping Dr. F. gives me the cortisol, unless it gives me migraines!

I would like to know how things fare with the annoying neighbor and your daughter!

If anyone can tell me why these herbs are giving me migraines, and/or what I can do to get rid of the migraines, and yet boost my adrenals, that would be great!

Garden, I'm sad that you had this beautiful chunk of land, and that now people are moving in next door. I hated that, when I was little, and lived in the country, and a subdivision sprang up in the longleaf pines where we used to walk and play.
