It's best to use a protocol that is already set up by someone that has a lot of knowledge on these bacteria and treating them rather than trying to put together your own protocol. Buhner & Cowden both have good protocols that work for many - and while one may not work for you, another may work very well. We don't know what all makes one protocol work on some and not others yet.
Then you can add in all the detoxing (starting very slowly) that your body seems to need. FIR sauna is the best for detoxing from these infections from what I've read, but is far from the only thing you should use. Drinking lemon water, Epsom salt/peroxide soaks, dry skin brushing, oil pulling, activated charcoal, and more can be added in. You need to get as many different detoxing pathways working as well as possible.
