My LLMD and LLND are telling me different things

So my LLMD and LLND are telling me different things about bartonella, I'm not sure who's right.

My LLMD says bart replicates every 24 hours. Is that true? I read from another place that bart takes 24 hours to replicate as it has to build a really big protein motor for it's big flagellas.

My LLND says bart "cycles" every 7-10 days and that it is necessary to treat for 3 cycles. So bart is done if I am 3 cycles symptom free and should not relapse. So that works to be about treating 1 month symptom free with bart.

My LLMD says Bart needs 6 months continuous treatment and if that occurs 95% of his patients will not relapse. My LLND says no that's not the case just treat the 3 cycles symptom free.

My LLMD says take the rifampin 300 mg 2 pills once daily so it gives a better blood spike throughout the tissues and gets into the brain, my LLND says take 300 mg twice daily and if you take it twice it keeps sustained levels of rifampin in the blood stream as rifampin levels will start getting much lower with the once daily dosing. I think bart is mostly in the blood stream.

My LLMD says use 3 antibiotics, but my LLND says use 2 as I'm really not that sick and less antibiotics will be easier on my body. He said we use 3 when patients are much sicker with Bartonella and I could still just use the two.

See my lyme doctors are telling me different things, they both said I can drink the Buhner Bart drink so that is a good thing at least.

I wonder which one I should believe? It is true if I take the Septra DS as well it will be harder on my kidneys and organs.

Oh sorry I mean 1 month symptom free. Where there are no signs of bart for 1 full month.

oh, ok. Sorry, I misunderstood. It was 4+ years but if you remember, I am dealing with a lot right now, with 2 infected kids and tick tac, tick tack I have to wait until march 9 to get them to an LLMD. But I am ok, still 98% to 100% symptom free on any day, from what felt like 75% symptom free a month ago.

oh, what they always were:
Sore feet and heals; severe arthritic like pain especially in my left hand that goes all the way up to my elbow
burning spots on my scalp that move around
foot pain--feels like an elephant stepped on my foot.
Some days my ankle would hurt for a while and then it wouldn't happen again for days or weeks; same with a knee--didn't matter which one

But when I was very sick, all of the above were pretty much every day. THer is nothing now preventing me to function 100%

I just noticed you also have/had mycoplasma? DId you beat that? I never read you saying something about myco.

SLML. So are you done now? Should I add the HH2 capsules in too?

I think the LLMD is correct. What would happen to us if barto would replicate every 24 hours? Someone else posted today that the barto replicates every 2 weeks. Based on my son's symptoms, this makes sense.

So... Rifampin 300 mg twice daily? Or 600 mg once daily?

LP, my LLMD is treating me for Bart, he says take 2-rifampin before bed, then 1- Zithromax twice per day, and tindamax I will do for 3 days toward the end of the month. He also has me doing xylitol/lactoferrin for 5 days next week. I think it's for biofilms. But I am always on A-L complex, which would only be for Lyme.

I only did Igenex test for Lyme, wasn't tested for anything else. I guess if I didn't show any improvement, he would do more testing but I have improved, I would say now taking anx again 80%, but now on anx I'm not sleeping well and having hot and cold flashes.

How about you, how do you feel with Rifampin?

LP, are you doing milk thistle? I take it in the mornings only, I would think if your not suppose to take it, it should be on the info pak when I picked the anx from the pharmacy. I forgot to ask them about it.

Makes me feel heavy also.
