Nattokinase? I know there are other kinds. Which one is best? Any particular brand?

The Cowden protocol has me on Serrapeptase. Nutramedix brand.

My LLMD put me on boluoke or rather that's what I tested best for. It's suppose to help with biofilm and hyper-coagulation. Problem is it's super expensive.

We also use Serrapeptase. I order it from foodsalive.com.

Serraflazyme 25 mg twice a day. Bromelaine is good too in a high enough dose and its much cheaper. But I think the Serrapeptidase stuff works really good I think Eva Sapi did some good research on it.... maybe..

How are you feeling Utahgal??? Any improvements?

I think biofilm busters and cyst busters are different things. I could be wrong though. I hope someone corrects me if I am.

No improvements for me yet. I feel no better, but no worse. That may change once I start the mepron and Zithromax for my suspected babesia.

I didn't know there was a difference. Something else to talk to my LLMD about. So does this mean the best thing to do is take both a cyst and biofilm buster?

A biofilm buster doesn't bust the cysts....but I'm wondering if a cyst buster does work on the biofilms.

I have used serrapeptase for biofilms.

Soooooo are you saying cysts are more important to attack instead of the biofilms? I was on serrapeptase for a few months when my LLMD switched me to boluoke lumbrokinase, which is supposed to be more powerful. Since I haven't taken anything specifically for cysts, am I screwing myself?

i take enzymes - called interfase enzymes by klaire labs, given to me by my chiro for biofilms....Donno if they work.

I'm on Rifampin and Zithromax, and started on xylitol and lactoferrin for 5 days to kill bio-films and then next week I add in tindamax for 3 days to kill cysts.

Great description MM about the bio films, I haven't read any books on Lyme.
