LOL.
Yeah, I got that Mr. M. I guess they recruited you too! Now you are one of ours :)
Still a little dry, but much better than the other recipes I tried. It's ok if you have them with tea. I had to add probably 1 cup of water! And I doubled the butter, because they would not hold up at all. It looked like that kind of snow, that you are trying to make a snowball and it just doesn't stick together. I kept thinking only glue would make them stick LOL, but they are ok, actually. Kids ate them too :)
I made muffins too yesterday, The batter looked like bread crumbs, so we added water, and I think they boiled in the oven instead of baking! It is a whole different game to work with coco or almond flour because they do not mix with water the same as the normal flour does.
I tried 3 different recipes yesterday and daughter said: "mom, don't bake on Thursdays, anymore!" LOL She is right, the chocolate muffins were really that bad! Uneatable! THey did not hold together, but broke into pieces, and they are not any better today.
Thanks, Trav, I will make your biscuits again, I just hope it will stick together better next time! And you are right, they do taste much better on second day :) I asked my daughter to try them today and she said "they are pretty good"
