My left foot feel like it does right before it falls asleep. It's tingly and numb and so is my left hand but not as bad. Could this be Candida die off? Lyme? Bart? Babs? Circulation problems?
It comes and goes for a few weeks now should I be concerned?

Hi there-
I get this in both of my feet on and off (not constant). I'm not really sure what exactly it is, but I'm sure it has to do with either Lyme or some type of co-infection? I have heard of many people with this issue...I told my LLMD about
it and they acted like it's a normal part of all this...
Also, almost every night since I've had Lyme, I wake up in the middle of the night to my arms and hands completely asleep (but I'm not laying on them like if a normal person's arms/hands were to fall asleep).
Have you had that? Again, not sure EXACTLY what causes that, but I know it has to be related to Lyme, maybe a nerve issue?
Anyone have any thoughts on that?

No sorry I haven't had that symptom.
It's really annoying and effecting my walking almost makes me walk with a limp. Feels like I'm wearing a fuzzy sock and changes in intensity throughout the day
