catchscooter, I tested low (18 ) on Vitamin D3 and so the doctor put me on it. I experienced anxiety, nervousness, and palpitations the first three days on it. After that I was fine and have been OK with it since. It is weird that it would cause that since the sun doesn't do that to me.
By the way, I ask that you use caution taking calcium with magnesium. It is OK for healthy people to take both, but for many who have Lyme, calcium supplementation can be detrimental. You see, our thyroid is often impacted by Lyme and this in turn affects how calcium is used and distributed throughout the body. In addition, most Lymies are very low on magnesium, so when you supplement with calcium, it throws everything out of balance even more and things worsen. You end up with kidney stones, calcemia, deposits in your blood system (heart, arteries, blood vessels, etc.)
