Besides the Chronic Tonic what did you take if anything?
Would you mind outlining what you did to detox each day?
First, thank you for your kind words!!!

Albeit, still nervous too!!
I take a LOT of things!! LOL! This is what I took the last two times I was in treatment for Lyme disease (& beat it):
I have a lot of issues with intestinal cramping, so I take a combination of three herbs to control it: Licorice, peppermint, and white peony root. I've been reading good things about
licorice with regards to Lyme disease, Adrenals and quite a bit more to be honest. So it likely has something to do with my healing.
ALA - Alpha Lipoic Acid - a precursor to glutithione according to the famous Dr. H.
Green tea - it's high antioxidant content is enough to get my attention when I'm trying to heal - plus it's good for treating Babesia too!!
High dose Vitamin C and Vitamin E - just good antioxidants. I would have made my own liposomal vitamin C like Simela was talking about
- but I was nearing the end of my treatments when I learned about
it.
B-12 - methyl type
B- complex
Ginkgo Bilboa (for that ever important brain function and to help me rebuild as much as I can. I believe I'm still not and may never function at the level I was when I started college though.)
Vitamin D (I was very deficient) & my doc believes that vitamin A needs to be taken with Vit. D.
Turmeric for inflammation - and all the other good things it does for the body.
Ginger 3 times a day

Digestive enzymes to help my intestinal issues. This is one of the places that having Lyme for over 40 years permanently damaged - or I believe it's permanent, as it's still sticking around unlike practically everything else! Although, I've learned how to control it better.
Avena Sativa (wild oats in the milky stage) tincture to help heal the nerves.
A halfway decent multi-vitamin/ multi-mineral.
Ubiquinol
Magnesium
Melatonin at night for sleep
Of course, good diet and
plenty of probiotics!!! I cooked with only coconut oil and used it in place of margarine or butter. Very high protein (doc's orders to help heal adrenals), very low carb (most of them come from veggies). I discovered I am allergic to soy and MSG and many of it's dirivitives, which means almost no eating out and having to avoid most of the processed or "boxed" meal items.
Detoxing:
Epsom salt/peroxide foot soaks (still can't do the full body soaks!)
Dry skin brushing.
At least 64 ounces of lemon water a day.
Only exercising as I could - if I knew I'd pay for it later, it was too much and so was avoided. But remember, I was trying to heal from the Adrenal fatigue too.
Activated charcoal
Oil pulling with coconut oil.
Of course a "clean diet" goes in here too.
