Update

So I was complaining of chest pain/discomfort for the last week, think I made a post on here as well. I went to the urgent care yesterday and they x rayed me which came back clear, and they sent me to the hospital cause my ekg was a little over, they re took it at the hospital and it came back normal, they did some blood testing on me to check my heart and they said all checked out fine so they released me and said to just take some ibuprofen.

I am just going to chalk this up to lyme and anxiety since the hospital and urgent care said things looked good, I don't know what else to do, maybe I should just believe them for now and continue dieting and taking supplements, I can't afford another hospital visit so maybe I should just believe them and take care of myself for now.

Thank you, I am trying to stay calm and suppress the anxiety a bit today, I hope they got things right at the urgent care and hospital because I need to ease my worries, I know that I should believe them it just feels so discomforting in my chest so it's a bit alarming.

I can't afford another visit like that for a while so I just have to believe them I guess, they did seem to take good care of me when I was there so I guess that's a bit re assuring. The chest/heart stuff can come and go sometimes but still when it does come around it sucks and is annoying and alarming, any way to get rid of this chest stuff or at least suppress it for the time being?

I will try that thanks, I guess I have to have faith in them, I have a hard time believing since my chest symptoms are there all the time but I just want to end the worry and it's been stressing me out lately.
