hand weakness & twitching

I have had total weakness in my left arm, hand, fingers. I have lost almost all the muscle between my thumb and index finger. Needless to say, I have dropped many things. I also have trouble buttoning shirts because my left hand - the fingers are weak and uncoordinated.
Both of my hands - the finger joints are sore.

As far as twitching goes - I had it like all over my body...it is about 90% better now...actually it was improving even prior to lyme treatment. It's hard to fall sleep when your arms and legs are twitching.

That sounds more like tremors maybe?

Twitching isn't shaking...but you feel something under the skin - like popcorn popping - hard to explain.

I also had the tremors...of course was worried about parkinson's disease then.
