Looking for an LLMD in torrance California

Hello ... I need some help. Been ill since last August saw a rheumatologist and she did a full lupus panel and RA twice and only did the Lyme test once and it came back negative. So dr is saying that I have fibro so I've been focusing on that diagnosis. But I went camping and I also bought a puppy that was infested with brown tics I had no idea so I started to take the tics out myself ... Well my dog is healthy now but I've been ill I told my dr about camping trip.. And also about my dog She said that brown tics would not cause me to catch Lyme so I'm thinking its when we went camping Who knows but I found out that Lyme does not show up in blood work till maybe months later... So something told me to ask to be tested again ten months later... So last week my regular dr tested me for Lyme and the results said that in the past I was exposed to the borella. And that in the present I'm negative for Lyme .,.. But I'm thinking once your exposed that will do it .., something triggerd me to have these rheumatic and fibro symtoms. So now I need to figure out what my next step would be Please if anyone can give me some advice. So tomorrow I will take my results to my rhuematologist to see what she says. But I have a feeling she will till me it's nothing since the final results say negative
