Well I'm not an expert, but am heterozygous (1 copy) of c677t.
I can tell you to avoid all enriched fours and enriched rice - which extends to most purchased baked goods, processed foods, eating out and such. You want to make sure no food you eat contains folic acid. Even with my one mutation my energy drops if i do eat something wrong (especially if i'm stressed).
Folic acid is bad, it's the synthetic form of folate. Folate is natural and good. Folic acid will block your bodies methylation cycle which is not good. Also check you supplements to make sure there's no folic acid in them!
I also avoid niacin as it uses up folate - but as a happy side note, if you over folate you can bring your levels down with niacin (I've never had to do it, just read about it).
