I'm wondering about
opinions on the better supplement to use to help with detoxing.
Son's llmd recommended (when I asked her about
detox support/help) liposomal glutathione.
I've read online (from Cowden, who I believe uses the following) that he said better detoxers than the glutathione are Pinella, Burbur and Parsley.
I only want to do one or the other for my son. Was ready to get the glutathione until I read that.
I also recently heard an online interview with Dr. K (out west, Sophia institute) and he said that he believes Melatonin is better than glutathione. I don't remember exactly what he said, but it was almost like, don't bother with the glutathione, do the melatonin.
I'm actually leaning toward the glutathione, b/c that's what his llmd recommended, and I don't know how to dose on the others really. I don't like going with things on my own, if that makes sense.
