Dear all,
I am looking for best LLMD in these countries. I would appreciate your recommendation. I have contacted one clinic in Austria, 2 in Holland and 1 in Switzerland and they are not accepting new patients or they have a very long waiting list. I have been having lyme and co for at least 13 years and I got numerous diagnosis-sarcoidosis, cfs, active chronic ebv, suspicion on ms,myasthenia, neurosarcoidosis but finally it seems that it was lyme and co. I have a very long list of symptoms so I need doctor as soon as possible.

So sorry you have been suffering for so long.

We have a forum moderator from Europe (Belgium, I think)...and I will contact her via email and let her know you need assistance.
She isn't on the forums as often lately, so she may not give you a response right away.

If you haven't ​yet​, it would be helpful for you to start with reading through the thread at the top of the forum titled,"New to Lyme?...Start here!!", as it is packed full of important information, symptom lists, helpful links and pdf's, how to detox when one has these infections, information on probiotics and much more.​


I do have one name for a LLMD in Sweden - If you would like to send me an email asking for this information (in case it's different from what you already know), you can send me an email by clicking on my screen name or the small blue envelope under my screen name. I may have contact information for some LLMD's in your area as well.​ ​Please include the area that you would like to find a LLMD in and I will be happy to share that information with you.

The other thing that you could do is look into the natural/herbal protocols that can be done without a LLMD if you need to. You could at least start one of these protocols while you wait if nothing else. Many here use them and they are very effective.

Thak you all for responses and welcome! I really appreciate your help! I have read all the protocols but I can not start any of them until someone will give me definite diagnosis. In my country chronic lyme diagnosis does not exist, they gave me active chronic ebv,vzv,mycoplasma,hhv6, candida,mercury poisoning, sarcoidosis, cfs. I had positive western blot for borrelia igG but no one admits that there is such diagnosis as chronic lyme. So I need to perform some further test I asume in Augsburg for some other coinfections that I was not able to test in my country. I can fly to any place and any doctor in Europe. I will contact that clinic in Belgium but I am just afraid of the waiting list. Thanks again, you are very fast and helpful!

If you wouldn't mind posting the Igg results, we could help you interpret them if you would like. We can tell you if you have Borrelia specific bands showing. If that's the case, then there's no doubt that you have chronic Lyme.

And, just so you know, in the U.S. it's not that easy to get a chronic Lyme diagnosis either!

I think the waiting list for the dr in Brussels is somewhere between 2,5 and 3 months, which is not that bad, considering that several other drs had to start refusing new patients.

Arminlabs or Infectolab, both in Augsburg, can test your blood without the intervenance of a doctor, you just need a nurse or a GP willing to draw your blood. I'll send all the details by email tomorrow.
I don't know if it's even necessary to spend the money for extra bloodtests if you have a positive Western Blot. But that's for the dr to decide if he/she wants extra information.

I am not sure for which bands they test in my country. I have spoken to one LLMD through Skype and he has told me that I will have to go to Augsburg to test blood for more infections. Lab results- Borelia burgdorferi Western Blot Positive IgG at (p39,BmpA, p21).

This result that you listed here is what I was hoping you could post: "Borelia burgdorferi Western Blot Positive IgG at (p39,BmpA, p21)"

Band 39 that they are referring to in this, is highly specific for Lyme disease. There is no way your body would respond to this band if you did not have Lyme bacteria in your body - so you do have Lyme disease. I hope that you move forward in your search for a knowledgeable doctor to help you heal - or at the very least that you can find a doctor that is willing to learn along the way!
