I was taking a vitamin B complex my old doctor recommended but I think I only took it for a couple weeks and she told me to stop because it made me feel extremely exhausted.
So then I was drinking a tea high in B vitamins and I feel like it gave me more energy. However, it made my teeth brown. I don't mean just yellowy--my teeth got brown splotches all over them (especially my top front teeth) and my side teeth were solid brown, it was horrible looking. I went to the dentist and got all the brown cleaned off and didn't drink the tea for a few weeks then started to drink it again again because I wanted the energy but my teeth started to turn brown again, even when drinking the tea iced and through a straw. I can't stand looking ridiculous with brown teeth so I stopped drinking the tea again.
Unfortunately I am very allergic to lots of foods so I can't eat things like spinach or other dark green leafy vegetables. It would not give me energy, it would be a complete disaster and I would feel like I'm dying instead.

So I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how I can get vitamin Bs in me? Is there a supplement you use that you like? Are there certain types of B vitamin supplements or forms of B vitamins that are best for people with Lyme and/or people who have allergies and sensitives to things? I would like to do things as natural as possible but it is fine if the vitamin is unnatural as long as there are no weird extra ingredients or sugar or fake sugar chemicals in it. Also I have the mthfr mutation thing but only inherited from one parent, if that makes a difference.
I just don't even know where to begin when choosing a B complex vitamin, there are sooo many. So I would appreciate some suggestions or even any information on B vitamins. Thank you :)
Sorry this is so long, I just had to explain why I can't get vitamin Bs through foods and teas in case people were going to suggest that.
