How do I get my lymphatic system to move?! My body is full of dead bodies of bugs!!

I've been doing massages and I can literally feel stuff leaking down my throat. I'm surprised how well it works. My ears have been leaking this super greasy stuff along with blood and the pressure has become almost unbearable. It's something I've death with for as long as I can remember.

But doing massage doesn't seem like enough. I need to get this system to move so I can properly detox. Only now am I beginning to realize just how integrally important detox is. I was falling asleep last night and I had this epiphany of sorts. I was imagining the herbs and abx entering my body and killing the bugs, and then realizing that my body is most definitely littered with all these dead spirochetes and other ceitters. I was imagining them stuck in my brain and other tissues and my body sending ninjas to go deal with them hahahaha!!

I know. I'm quite a character.

But seriously! How do we get the bugs out when they die? I was focused on the word toxins without thinking about the physical aspect aspect of dead bugs. I guess I was imagining their by products like liquid ammonia or something.

My lymphs have been so swollen a few times during treatment that I literally looked like a frog. My 3 year old son actually called me a frog, that's where I got that! I'm seriously backed up. Every attempt at starting treatment ends in complete failure.

So. This is where I'm starting. I'm chronically constipated despite going more than once a day most of the time proven by X ray. And my lymph nodes in my neck, breasts, armpits and grown are always swollen hard and achy. With 600 lymphs in the body I imagine that's where a lot of my pain is coming.

Just doing the massages isn't enough. I heard that jumping on a trampoline or bouncing is good but if I wince at every step with my head pain that isn't happening.

Are there any things that you guys have tried that work really good? I can stand to put a little lemon oil on my nodes, but ingesting it sets of my mcad so that's out. I really thing that getting my lymph system moving will help my mast cell issues as well.

I did massages for several months. These helped a lot.

I use red root as a lymphatic. Seems to help!

Lemon essential oil is great for detoxing lymph. I mix a few drops in coconut oil and do self- massage.

There are some YouTube videos of self- massage for lymph draining.

Oil pulling with coconut oil is a very gentle but effective form of detox.

Lemon water, green tea, green juices and green smoothies.

Takesumi - carbonized bamboo that works like activated charcoal.

Exercise, even if all you can do is wiggle your toes!

I haven't tried Bikram yoga, but I know some people who swear by it for detoxing.

Some really good suggestions here, but the key to is all is to start off slowly though! You don't want to overwhelm the body with those toxins. The lymph nodes are the first blood "filter", so by releasing all that it catches too fast can really increase your misery - especially if you have a high toxin load.

Slow and steady is what we want not only when we start up treatment, but in detoxing as well. And not each thing for moving lymph works well for everyone. I did the mini trampoline (also known as rebounders) for a while and it didn't do much of anything for me, but the lymph massages and specific tinctures for moving lymph did wonders!

I actually do eat a fair share of Chia seeds. My son and I really like them, he plays with them. They are pretty fun. It helps him go, but I'm not so lucky
