My LYME Regimen! (with links and descriptions)

I've spent days reading and researching experiences and scientific studies, and decided I'm going to be taking the following per day for a month and see how I feel / Adjust dosage. I've included some sources for others who might need some help starting as well as what each individual medicine does.

Please, if anyone has any advice for myself / others when it comes to dosage or have anything to add, post something! It would be very helpful as this is a lot to take in for anyone (including myself). Hopefully this post will help someone else, or someone will be able to give some more advice to help me! Thanks.

IV Vitamin C & Ozone therapy via LLMD (once per month) - lethal for any parasitic, viral, or foreign biotic organism while having extreme immune balancing effects.

Japanese Knotweed root - 500 mg.- It is an antiviral, immunomodulator, immunostimulant, laxative, diuretic, expectorant, antitussive and a capillary stimulant.

Cat's Claw vine bark - 500 mg. - powerful immune system-modulating and stimulating properties, along with pronounced anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-infectious effects

Eleuthero root - 430 mg. - Adaptogenic, hypocholesterolemic, choleretic, hypoglycemic,6,8 tonic, diuretic, stimulant

Sarsaparilla root - 110 mg.- It has activity against other gram negative bacteria and also antifungal properties, decreases effects of die off (herxheimer reaction)

Dandelion herb - 110 mg.- Detoxifying effects / antioxidant

GSE extract - 250 MG- Cyst Buster (breaks down the round "defensive" form of the bacteria and allows antibiotics to do their job). This may only effect the gut, however.

doxycycline - 100 MG - Kills the spirochete or converts it to the above mentioned cyst form.

Banderol, Microbial Defense - unsure - antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial, antiparasitic, antimycoplasma, antiprotozoal, antirickettsial, anti-inflammatory.

What are your brands of JK and CC? I looked at my bottles of Green Dragon Botanicals (one of Buhner's recommended brands) and my JK is 500 mg per cap and my CC is 450 mg per cap.

So, taking 500 mg of each is a very low dose...which is good to start with...

Doxycycline - 100 mg per day to start is low...again, good to start low.


I'm not familiar with Banderol - so can't comment on dosage.

*** Advice: Don't start all of these at once.

I agree with Girlie on this - don't start all of that at once! Start off with very low doses and work your way up slowly to the full doses!

Most of the above are the Dragon Botanicals brand. I'm going to start the Buhner herbs first, add the antibiotics, and then add the banderol and GSE the next week. I thought this would be a good place to start before I increase dose, and my LLMD agreed.

Here's some information about Banderol (otoba root). There seems to be a lot of info that suggests this synergizes with Cat's Claw very well to kill lyme, destroy biofilm, and destroy round body forms of the bacteria, more so than taking either alone.
