Wow. I'm a teacher as well and with the start of the new year upon us I wish you the very best. My symptoms began last July and reached their peak from September-December. I could barely walk around class without feeling like collapsing. I couldn't think, I'd have crazy fatigue, neck pains, visual disturbances, etc. etc. I'd like to give you basics that might help improve some of your symptoms. Nobody told me this at the time so I discovered these tips by accident and they really helped.
1. Diet, this is paramount. It took me months to discover that gluten was adding to my symptoms (dizziness, headaches, fatigue)
Sugar also played a role. Some say milk and eggs, but those didn't really affect me.
2. Exercise, really helped me a lot, a lot.
3. Probiotics/Supplements. I'll give you 2 supplements that really helped me. Peppermint oil for headaches, and curcumin for inflammation. There are others for inflammation, just spend a lil time researching this stuff.
You're in the right place coming here. There are a lot of people here suffering like you and we're all here to help.
God Bless!
