UPDATE: When I awoke this AM I was "better", LOL, ie: I mean "better" than yesterday after 5th (20 drop)dose of the Neuro-antitox. What I mean is, my legs are back to their NORMAL weak state (LOL) NOT the extremely "almost-can't walk" state and the "ouchy-from-neuralgia-state" that I described above when I asked for help/info. :)
My hand no longer feels like the fingers are thick and clumsy, ALL the neuralgia is back to a "more-normal-for me" level (yesterday it was horrible, LOL)
I had skipped the dose last PM because things had ramped up so badly. NO other signs or symptoms of a problem at all. I always feel "fine"- I just cannot walk-- it got worse after the 1st 5 doses, and yest my hand was a little wonky too as described.
So this AM I was better than yest for sure.
Decided to just try 10 drops of the Neuro-antitox and go from there. So far no worsening.
Denise, my diet is good. That is a smart question! I don't mind you asking at all. I have been careful for at LEAST the past 6 months. I am following the GF premises, and also take in VERY little dairy-- I use a milk substitute made with almonds. I eat TONS of veggies (huge salads- NO amount is too much, LOL) w/ lots of raw Kale and cruciate vegetables, tomatoes, radish, cuke, broccoli, Brussels sprouts-- red and green cabbage: bright deep colours. I eat nuts/seeds as part of my protein intake- daily. Have fruit like pineapple for example 3 x/week probably a total of 6 servings. I enjoy dulse (a dried seaweed enjoyed in the Maritimes- I have it 2x /week.) I am not big into meat, but we do have it about 2 x/week- lean beef, roast chicken, etc...
I try to be as sugar free as possible (...which is also why I have limited my fruit.)
I drink ONLY water or lemon water, and NO pop/ soda.
I do enjoy a decaf coffee in the AM- black.
NO IV steroids (Solu-Medrol) x almost 2 years. NO immunomodulating "MS" medications x 1 year by choice.
Bloodwork has all been good- monthly liver and kidney checks. Have never had an issue with either, even when on 3 ABX and Plaquenil. am off them all now. (1.5 mos off abx- LLMD did so as my walking was So bad and was only getting worse... and 7 days off Plaquenil- my decision after doing some scary reading and using my best judgement. LLMD in Maine has not yet responded to FAX- they may be on vaca.)
Been a healthy person despite " MS" and/or lyme weak leg/walking issues. Hypothyroid dx in 1998- on Synthroid- levels good.
I really actually feel great- no brain fog, memory issues, or fatigue. NONE. I am so lucky, I know it! But, that said, this mobility stuff has been hard as we have 4 kids (3 @ home) etc... and I can't drive (for the last year or more) due to the weakness right now. We use a w/c for me when out but that is hard as littlest guy, Noah has Autism and a service dog (Autism Assistance Dog Guide) and it is hard for Pete to try to manage the w/c and Argo's leash/keep an eye on Noah. You can imagine. If I could JUST get this leg strength back,, I would be in SUCH a better place physically! Life has had to be quite home-only "based" for me - I'm a homebody, always keeping busy even tho' I cannot walk-- thank GOD or this would have driven me nuts.
Superj50, TY for the link- Very helpful!!! Interesting info.
Girlie- TY for the thoughts and idea-- I added Activated charcoal (2 caps) during the night when I got up to use the washroom- thus kept it 4 hrs away from medications/supplements.
I am very excited about the Jernigan's Neuro-antitox and hope it can help.
THANK YOU- I do not know what I'd do w/o this group. All thoughts and comments appreciated and welcomed. :) ~ Ali
