Whats the deal with having a migraine the day of and day after an out-of-control, ALL DAY crying, feeling like wanting to die-fit? During my emo. episode I felt SO MUCH pressure in my head like a balloon on verge of popping!

Is this Lyme, HHV6, heavy metals burden, or just plain 'ole menopause? I have several older female friends who've already gone thru menopause & say "Oh pooey, menopause doesn't cause severe mood swings, crying, and head pressure"!!!

I'm not sure what my purpose of this post is-just to vent or get answers...

Been there and done that meno stuff and it is a huge emotional roller coaster.

I was Jekyll one moment and Hyde the next.

Grab some ice cream and put on a chick flick and let those tears go. It is such a release.
