I thought about trying it, but, really, I just eat what I can manage without too many consequences. If you're in a position to give it a try (i.e., can eat a decently wide variety of things - yes, with the restraints these infections put on many of our diets taken into account), go for it, see how ya feel. It might improve things a bit.
If you'll be further limiting an already slim array of food options, I'd just go with what's been safe so far. Eat a Moonflower diet. XD
Though, to be honest, a lot of what's said in relation to my particular blood type's diet (
O) adds up with what I've experienced, for the most part. I eat a lot of good fats and meat protein (no red meats) without much problem, and lectins tear me apart.
That could apply to a lot of us though, so I don't know.
But, yeah, give it a try.
